Extrapolated Worlds

Home of science fiction author Doug Franklin

A wrecked starship. A dead man’s mind. In a desperate race across Mars, Maggie must unravel their secrets before the Tharks erase them forever.

The Extrapolated Man is a cinematic science fiction epic about the nature of sentience and identity.

Commander Gray died when his experimental ship crashed on Mars, but a recording of his memories survived. After Maggie discovers the wreck a century later, she becomes the target of a psychopathic rival intent on stealing it, and a hive of weaponized lifeforms bent on erasing its very existence.

To survive she must resurrect Gray and master his secret: his ship was capable of traveling faster than light, which makes it an incredibly valuable and terribly dangerous prize, for a starship is the ultimate weapon of mass destruction.

The Extrapolated Man is live on Amazon as a Kindle ebook! It has been a long time coming, so this is really just an incredibly satisfying moment for me. And what better time to plant this seed than on a new moon. I hope it bears a bountiful harvest of readers. I think Hekate Binah would approve. (more)
I am in the final stages of publishing my science fiction novel The Extrapolated Man on Kindle Direct, and am excited to share its cover with you in advance. Things are getting real! (more)
